I’m a Registered Social Worker who offers online and in-person counselling (you can also call it therapy or coaching) in a safe, welcoming space. Whether you're feeling lost, stuck, exhausted, hopeful, or somewhere in between—this is a space where you can show up just as you are.
When we meet, you’ll have room to speak freely and explore what matters most to you. We’ll move at your pace. Set realistic, meaningful goals. And work together to uncover the beliefs, behaviours, or patterns that may be holding you back.
